What Does a Great Business Process Manager-Premier Bank do at Fiserv?

Join Fiserv’s Client Care Team! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Business Process Manager to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ operational efficiency and compliance strategies. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service, we want you on our team! As part of the Client Advisory team of Subject Matter Experts, you will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships, enhancing their experience with our solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline operations.

What you will do:

  • Partner with clients to understand their objectives, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions on best practices to ensure clients effectively utilize Fiserv products.
  • Review client processes to align solutions with their expectations and operational goals.
  • Document interactions, challenges, and solutions to foster strong client relationships.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback on enhancements for team follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot and simulate client issues to efficiently resolve operational difficulties.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental personnel to offer technical assistance and resolve inquiries.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to monitor service and product performance.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, focusing on Application Support (Integrated Teller, BPM, Director, Security Control Module).
  • 2-5 years of experience in banking operations or back office.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • At least three years of experience in client or customer service support.
  • Experience in training is a plus.

Salary Range

$57,300.00 - $98,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
