Professional, Application Support (Business Analyst/Product Management)Position Overview
- This position is for the OmniPay platform. OmniPay from Fiserv powers the next generation of acquiring, engineered to meet the needs of merchant acquirers and payment companies. The platform services 50+ acquirers across EMEA, US, LATAM and APAC.
- As a Product Owner for the OmniPay platform, you will work on product enhancements and client implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and client teams to deliver innovative solutions across the OmniPay platform.
What would be great to have:
Experience in Card acquiring and clearing and settlement. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the Payments card industry. A strong history of motivating cross-functional teams and driving consensus in a matrix organization.
What you will need to have:
Proven Business analysis/ Product management experience in the payments industry, preferably in merchant acquiring Experience working across international teams and cultures (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC) Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools Strong skills using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner 3+ years of experience working within Agile development environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with both business and technical stakeholders, including clients. A self-motivated, results-focused mindset, with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
What you will do:
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for acquiring solutions, working closely with various teams to design and deliver effective product solutions. Engage in client-facing discussions to gather requirements and client needs, leveraging product insights to define the product solution aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Bring expertise in next generation technologies, like AI, to solve user needs Drive the agile product development lifecycle: backlog management, sprint planning, development, testing, and releases Manage PO deliverables to ensure on-time solution design with the highest quality. Effectively utilize Fiserv product SLDC methodology and deliver against product standards. Lead process improvement initiatives, including the identification of challenges, root cause analysis, problem solving, and delivering on a recommended solution Interface with client relationship teams to identify and resolve client issues relating to the product / platform Responsible for ongoing product documentation on internal knowledge management portals
