Fraud Project Portfolio ManagerWhat does a successful Fraud Project Portfolio Manager do at Fiserv?
The Portfolio Manager position is responsible for overseeing and tracking issuing fraud projects across multiple platforms. This role is vital to ensuring that product owners can effectively progress their projects through key milestonesto deliver best-in-class card fraud solutions.
What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of 100+issuing fraud projects, ensuring all projects progress through defined milestones across multiple platforms.
Organize and track strategic programs, providing leadership and focus to facilitate successful outcomes.
Proactively identify and analyze project blockers that may impede progress, collaborating with relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions to overcome these obstacles.
Serve as a primary point of contact for product owners, assisting them in navigating challenges and obstacles encountered during project execution
Develop a comprehensive understanding of ongoing initiatives and their interconnections, providing insights that guide strategic decisions.
Generate executive reports that track the status of projects by stage, and develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Actively engage project requestors to supply detailed and accurate information in their Clarity requests to ensure data quality.
Identify impacted teams and facilitate sizing discussions for expedient project progression.
Offer elevated support and focusfor projects facing significant challenges or that have notable business impact, driving continuous progression and timely issue resolution.
Develop and establish best practices and templates for the product team to enhance operational efficiency and streamline project processes.
What you will need to have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus on project management, portfolio management, or related fields.
3+ years' experience in managing portfolios of projects
What would be great to have:
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously and report on progress effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify priorities and expedite solutions collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Important information about this role
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
