Business Process Analysis – Advisor IBusiness Process Analysis – Advisor I
What does a successful Business Process Analysis – Advisor I do? As a Business Process Analysis – Advisor I at Fiserv, you will utilize your extensive client operations experience to evaluate, design, develop, and maintain solutions that create efficient and effective business operations processes. You will be a team player, executing standard operating procedures while adapting to changing business demands. This role involves resolving complex process issues and continuously seeking opportunities to refine and improve procedures.
What you will do:
- Own every aspect of client contract execution via DocuSign.
- Maintain data integrity of Salesforce by updating and maintaining client information.
- Perform regular audits of data within Salesforce and execute plans to ensure data cleanliness.
- Assess business needs and build business cases for operations improvement and/or expansion.
- Create and maintain pricing proposals.
- Identify recommendations to improve existing business processes and team productivity, and review with other departments to ensure alignment.
- Maintain and update Procedures Documents as needed.
- Assist with periodic research or analysis to support business goals.
- Create documentation and maintain SOPs for responsibilities performed as primary roles.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in client operations, including Salesforce administration (creating reports, creating opportunities, account maintenance, understanding of standard objects and their relationships).
- 8+ years of experience with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.).
- 8+ years of experience working with sales and sales leadership with a service-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management and familiarity with process-driven system requirements.
What would be great to have:
- Proficiency in client operations technologies, such as DocuSign, Microsoft Power BI, and other contract management technologies.
- Salesforce administration certification.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, M Language, SQL, database design and analysis, Snowflake, SAP.
Salary Range
$96,200.00 - $164,900.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
