About The Team:
At Fiserv Merchant Solutions and Clover, we’re reimagining what’s possible for small businesses. Our team is expanding its reach beyond restaurants and retail, forging paths into new verticals like Healthcare, Professional Services, and Automotive. We’re driven by the challenge to build industry-specific solutions that help our partners thrive.
What You Will Do:
Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners in emerging verticals.
Design and execute lead generation strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to develop tailored solutions that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute partnership initiatives and tap into shared resources.
Analyze market trends to pinpoint expansion opportunities for Clover.
Identify innovative partnership ideas that bolster our market position.
Track partnership performance and refine strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
Provide market feedback to inform product roadmaps and close the loop between client needs and our solutions.
What You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
At least 5 years in partnerships, business development, product management, or partner solutioning.
Comfort working with data, financial practices, and reporting tools.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for presenting strategy and financial insights.
A proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead generation through partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily to other Fiserv offices.

Salary Range
$110,700.00 - $189,700.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
