As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholder
  • Own the planning and management of paid channels like Google Adwords, Gartner sites, G2, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, etc
  • Ensure that our ads accounts and every component associated with them are fully compliant with the respective policies
  • Ensure that our ads are always up and running as per the advertisement plan
  • Propose, initiate, and implement different experiments to explore growth opportunities. The idea is to increase our lead generation efforts month over month against the planned budget
  • Own the entire funnel of the leads - from lead generation to closed wins
  • Propose, initiate, and implement optimizations in the ad channels
  • Strong academics from a top institution
  • 5-6 years of experience in managing paid channels particularly Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels
  • Eagerness to learn new channels and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Proven track record of past successes and role progression
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks
  • Passion for demand generation, exploring & building up new channels
