As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

• Utilize analytical tools and business intelligence to track revenue performance and trends
• Generate regular reports and insights on key revenue metrics to assist in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with the executive and sales team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections
• Implement corrective actions to fill in the gaps identified through analysis and feedback
• Improve existing processes by scaling & streamlining current systems
• Research and introduce new technologies to help grow sales & marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and CX, to align requirements and ensure seamless execution

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong academics from a top undergraduate program
• 1-2 years of work experience in a process-oriented, disciplined, and analytical environment
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills
• Have a good grip on data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau or Power BI
• Eagerness to learn, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks
• Passion for startups and for solving tough problems
